1. Offer Overview
- This offer is available exclusively to local businesses based in Auckland.
- It includes the design and development of a custom website, provided at no cost for the first 10 selected businesses.
- Businesses will receive a fully functional, mobile-responsive, SEO-ready website built by No Brainer Creative.
2. Hosting & Domain
- To keep your website live, a $30/month subscription is required — this covers hosting, domain management, CRM tools, and essential updates.
- This hosting includes secure server space, technical support, and maintenance.
- Failure to pay hosting fees will result in the site being taken offline.
3. Ownership & Exit Clause
- The website design and associated files remain the property of No Brainer Creative while the free subscription is active.
- If you wish to exit the subscription and take full ownership of the website (files, code, assets), a one-time fee of $899 is payable.
- Once this fee is paid, you will be provided with all website files, assets, and access credentials, and No Brainer Creative will no longer manage the site.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your hosting subscription at any time with 14 days’ notice.
- Upon cancellation, if the $899 fee is not paid, No Brainer Creative will retain ownership of the website, and it will be deactivated.
5. Usage & Responsibility
- Websites built under this offer may not be resold, transferred, or used for any unlawful, misleading, or malicious activity.
- No Brainer Creative reserves the right to refuse service or cancel participation in the program at any time due to misuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
6. Modifications & Support
- Minor content updates may be provided at No Brainer Creative’s discretion.
- Ongoing marketing, SEO, branding, and development support is available as an optional add-on service.
